BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING YOUR HOT TUB.
Please be a responsible hot tub owner. When installing and using your hot tub, please always
follow these basic safety precautions. Be certain to explain the safety precautions to all new or
occasional users of your hot tub.
NOTE: A qualified electrician will be required to install a dedicated suitably protected electrical
supply to the current code of practice and register the installation with correct electrical
bodies/authorities.
DANGER -- RISK OF CHILD DROWNING & INJURY: To avoid accidents, ensure that
children cannot use the hot tub unless they are supervised at all times. Make sure you always
lock the cover after using your hot tub for children's safety.
Lower water temperatures are recommended for children. Children are especially sensitive to
hot water.
DANGER - RISK OF ENTRAPMENT INJURY: To avoid accidents, hot tub users should not
immerse their head(s). Users with long hair should tie up hair or wear a suitable swimming
cap when using the hot tub. No loose clothing should be worn only suitable bathing costumes.
DANGER - RISK OF INJURY: Do not touch or sit in front of or on suction covers. The
suction fittings in this hot tub are sized to match the specific water flow created by the pump.
Should the need arise to replace the suction fittings, or the pump, be sure the flow rates are
compatible.
Never operate the hot tub if a suction cover(s) or jet(s) or filter baskets are broken or missing.
Never replace a suction cover fitting with one that is rated less than the flow rate marked on the
original suction fitting.
DANGER - RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK: Install the hot tub at least 5 feet (1.5m) from
all metal surfaces. As an alternative, the hot tub may be installed within 5 feet (1.5m) of metal
